Database-wide "Data Dictionary"

It would be useful to have a view of all fields in all tables within a given database, especially cross-referencing permissions or other common attributes.  While the current approach is fine for building apps quickly, it is a bit cumbersome to have to open each table, edit fields, set permissions or attributes then go on to the next one when you are polishing an application and want to ensure consistency.
