More visual contrast/ reference point in Fields list

I'm making a table with quite a few columns. I broke it up with tabs for the user, but in the Fields list (when editing/ adding fields) it is all one long list and the entries look the same.

This means every time I switch back to that screen it takes effort to find the point where I need to do the next change.

Suggestion 1: let tabs have back color (also vivible to the user) so you know it's for instance 4 down from the yellow row

Suggestion 2: keep trakc of the selected row and make that blue, then it's also clear where you left off.
