Protection of altering database with password

It would be interesting if you could protect the "wrench" button on the top right with a password so there can not be altered on the database itself by users of that database except the developer.

Also the possibility to edit the "Number format" box itself of a number field instead of chosing through the pushbuttons appearing when selecting that box. (I know there is also a function for this: format(number, format mask), but this is a little to extended)
