API call: Get all records with field date in past

Hello,

I am trying to build database for emailing on Ninox. I would like to ask you for help.

I have records with "date time" field. I would need to find a way, how to get them all at once. Using filters there is only possibility to filter strings.

Is there chance in Ninox, to fire trigger (call webhook) when the date field becomes past?
