Editing, reference window

If i want to make a link (reference) with a record from another table, i get a search screen from that table.

My question is: How can i edit the fields in that search screen?

    Please switch to administrator mode first (the wrench symbol in the top right corner of the Ninox user interface must be red) and then make the changes to the table that is opened when searching for linked records.
    Then save your changes when you exit the administrator mode.
