Help, records inputted in the last couple of months seem to have disappeared across multiple devices?

Hello, we“ve inputted just a handful of records across three devices in the last couple of months that seem to have disappeared? Everything up through August is still there but nothing from data inputted September through October. We don”t use cloud services, and this is across two iPads and an iPhone. I have had full control of two of those devices, so no one could“ve accidentally deleted it. We have our apps set to auto-update. Could a recent update have deleted them? How do I recover these lost records?

    No filter applied. I even tried using the search function. The records aren“t there :/
