How can I recover my records?

Since I updated to 2.4 in mac os and ios, I have lost all my records from the database, the fields and the design are there, but no records at all. 

Any ideas before I panick?

    I have already sent you an e-mail from the Ninox Support. The best would be, we could have a look on it together via a screensharing session.
