How to calculate years and months from a date to the current date?

I am new to Ninox and haven't yet learned the scripting language. I need to calculate the length of time in years and months from one of the dates on my form and insert it into another field. I also need to keep that updated somehow so that every time the form opens, the length of time is accurate.

Can anyone coach me on this? I would really appreciate it!
