How to delete/rename a table in web and on iPad?

Obviously I am new here and this seems so baisc. But the truth is, I cannot figure out how to delete a table in web view and/or on iPad.

    open your table and click the spanner to enter edit mode

    then click Edit Fields
    ther you will see a delete table option..

    Becare if you have data you want to keep cos once its gone it has really gone !!!

    ("Edit Fields" to delete table was not something that I would have thought)
