How to get multiple records on a single page of a report

There are two print buttons. One is on the right for printing the detail view. The other is on the left under the gear "Actions" button. That one will print multiple records when you are viewing a list.

It is also possible to print multiple records using the print button on the right, but that is a little more complicated because it requires that you drag a "View" element onto the print preview.
