How to sort records on print format?

I have a table, and want to sort by a couple of the column.

I got a good suggestion of creating a column with a the concatenated fields and use this one to sort. SO far so good. I do not want to show this on the print. The suggestion also said that I can make this column with 1. But this does not work. I still see this..... I tried to cahnge to with 0 or even negative (it seems as na opetion) but it still shows.

Any other suggestion on how this can be accomplished?
