Is Ninox Currently Down?

Is Ninox down for anyone else?  At first we were not able to make any changes to existing orders.  We'd get an error to a log file and it would say it was read only.  Now it's kicked me out and when I try to go back in it says "Failed to Start"

We rely on Ninox everyday for our business.  Just wanted to know if it was down for anyone else and if there was an estimate when it would be back up.

    I just emailed support@ninox.com to explain the issue.

    I would recommend anyone else experiencing similar issues do the same and please reply to this thread.

    I'm not entirely sure, but I believe support is on Berlin time, which means it will likely be another 8 hours until we get a response.

    Just heard back from them. They said they're working on resolving the issue.
