Limit view to sessions scheduled for next month

Hi all,

I have this form which is a reference to another form - all I want to do is for it to show the sessions scheduled for next month, I know I need to use the month function but I'm not too sure where I would put the forumla or the exact syntax  only to show sessions (in this instance just for February)
