Ninox Web ( https://ninoxdb.de/en ) - Certificate Error

Ninox Web ( https://ninoxdb.de/en )  it's ok just in some computers some browsers - in several others I can't  log in - Certificate error  --  DLG_FLAGS_INVALID_CA

for example: in one computer, I can open it only in Firefox - in Chrome and IE I got the certificate error

Chrome version 72.0.3626.81 (official version) 64 bits  - Error: NET::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID

IE 11.253.17763.0  - Error: DLG_FLAGS_INVALID_CA

How solve this ?

    and if I try another link ( https://app.ninoxdb.de/#) it tells me that my username and password are wrong

    but I tested the logout and login in another browser and it works...

    when I open https://ninoxdb.de/en  ,in the browsers Chrome and IE, the login screen is with very bad visual format - I can't see the field's to type my username and password and do a login

    In Vivaldi browser it's not working, also.

     

    What's the link to NINOX site  with the bugtrack list and status of each Bug (New, Working, etc) ?
