Recover a missing column ?

How can i recover a column that I seem to have deleted ?

    I think I found it.

    But when I open the 2 tables to update the missing columns (see attached) I have not succeeded in moving the fields from the left column to the right column.
    Does someone know the way to do it ?

    Indeed I clicked on the blue button "next" but all the fields next to the empty fields have not been exported !

    Strange there are not empty in the Excel spreadsheet program where they come from…

    You are in the import dialog (not export). That is why I do not understand your question. Drag fields from right to left to import.
