Your tasks:

Together with the team you are responsible for Sales Operations, reporting, structures and processes.
Set standards through our own example for sales goals and always stay close to the customer.
Take care of customer requests (e-mail, phone, social media, webinar) and offer our customers a best-in-class sales experience.
Take care of the customers from the first contact and be responsible for the development of the Ninox Community (product feedback & development).
You are responsible for the continuous improvement of customer satisfaction, retention and feedback.
Make sure that your team complies with our processes and structures and that they are up to speed with all the knowledge they need.
Continuously optimize business procedures within the team, with other departments and in cooperation with short and long term goals of Ninox.
Represent the interests of your team and make sure that the needs of your team members are heard and understood!
Prepare the team for growth and the introduction of new team structures.

 

Your qualifications:

You bring + 7 years sales experience.
You have experience in building and leading teams with 5+ employees.
Ideally you have strong experience in Saas and software service industry or other commercial areas.
You enjoy working in a team and especially with your team!                                                                                                  You have been part of a hyper-growth company and know about the pitfalls.
You convince with your hands-on mentality, solution orientation and an uncomplicated, flexible way of working.
You have an overview of all important key figures and independently develop your own reports that support you in optimizing processes and the satisfaction of the team and customers.
You have very good knowledge on the use of Hubspot.
German could be your mother tongue and/but you have a very good command of English. Other languages are welcome!
