One different approach is to create new table i.e. 'Procedures Report'. Create 2 date fields for your date range "From, To" and 5 formula fields with AFIB LOOP. PACER. TEE. DCCV. Modifiyng @Mconneen's code you can have what you need. Every record in this table will be a report for the date range. Yes, Ninox is perfect for filtering ang grouping!

If you want to check a Choice field (Multi Choice field) you need to use the following formula: if text(Status) = "Pending" then .... or if Status = 2 then..... , as Ninox will check for the index number of the value in the choice field if you not assign to check for the text with the "text(Field)". Ninox will auto build the input form that keeps parent / child relationships.. If you ca post a more detailed question.. Folks in the forum may be better positioned to target their answers.

Actually, @slowwagon, I think it’s just a lot easier to use your method of the views. Now I’ve seen the grouping by date I’ve got what I want that way. I’d like to be able to understand Leo’s method, as I’m really interested in Ninox and its power and want to be able to use the method for other things I have in mind. But without a decent reference manual I’m poking around in the dark.
