Ninox is ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 certified, fully GDPR-compliant, and hosted in secure data centers in Germany. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. You own your data — and you can export it as a CSV at any time.
Ninox is available in English and German. Custom field labels can also be set in French. We're expanding language support gradually — more languages are on the way.
Ninox runs in any modern browser on desktop, tablet, or mobile. Native apps for iOS and Android are in development.
Yes. You can import data from CSV files using our import assistant, which guides you through mapping columns to your Ninox tables.
Yes. Ninox connects to tools like Zapier, Make, and n8n — and offers a public REST API so you can integrate with virtually any system. The Free plan includes 1,000 API calls per month. Team and Business plans scale up to 10,000 and 50,000 API calls per month respectively. For custom or enterprise-level integrations, talk to our team.

We're a team of 70 people, backed by experienced investors including Hi Inov, VI Partners, btov Industrial Tech Fund, and IBB Ventures. In 2018, we completed what was at the time the fastest crowdfunding campaign in Germany, closing in just 18 hours. We're in this for the long run.

Yes. All plans are seat-based. The Free plan is capped at 5 users. Team and Business plans scale per seat at their respective rates. Adding users is treated as an upgrade and starts a new subscription cycle. For example, if your annual plan started in April 2026 and you add users in March 2027, your new cycle runs until March 2028. The same applies to monthly plans.
Yes. All plans can be cancelled at any time through the Verifone/2Checkout user portal. Cancellations and downgrades take effect after your current subscription period ends.
Ninox uses Verifone (2Checkout) for subscription management. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, Apple Pay, and around 50 currencies. Auto-renewal is enabled by default at checkout. To upgrade your plan, go to Settings, then Subscription and Usage, select your plan, enter your payment details and choose the number of seats.
