The decisive advantage over standard solutions was that with Ninox the solution could be tailored exactly to Singhammer's individual needs. All relevant project
information can be accessed centrally in a digital construction file. The Ninox solution includes the sales process with customer file, calculation of offers, quantity
determination, project management and controlling, employee app with associated scheduling, purchasing management, invoicing, and DATEV and GAEB interfaces.
In addition, all employees from administration and site management could be involved in the development process, which led to a high level of acceptance of the
solution and reduced the amount of training required. In general, Ninox links employees at different locations (e.g. office, at home, mobile) depending on the area of responsibility.
