Singhammer Bodensysteme is a medium-sized crafts business in the Rosenheim district. The family business generates annual sales of €12 million with 75
employees; Singhammer's core competence is high-quality design floors for private, commercial and public clients. This diversity results in about 1,000 construction
projects per year in the range of 20 to 6,000 m².

In order to reduce the high administrative effort, the many data storage locations and numerous different software solutions, it was decided to tackle the digitalization of the business processes and set them up cleanly, from measurement to quotation preparation, employee and material scheduling, task planning and time recording to
invoice management and controlling.

Flexible expansion was a decisive factor

The decisive advantage over standard solutions was that with Ninox the solution could be tailored exactly to Singhammer's individual needs. All relevant project information can be accessed centrally in a digital construction file. The Ninox solution includes the sales process with customer file, calculation of offers, quantity determination, project management and controlling, employee app with associated scheduling, purchasing management, invoicing, and DATEV and GAEB interfaces. In addition, all employees from administration and site management could be involved in the development process, which led to a high level of acceptance of the solution and reduced the amount of training required. In general, Ninox links employees at different locations (e.g. office, at home, mobile) depending on the area of responsibility.

Thanks to the low-code platform, Singhammer's entire value chain is digitally mapped. This leads to high data quality and significantly higher efficiencies. It also
makes it easier for employees to work on the road and on construction sites. Should Singhammer wish to further develop and deepen the solution, this can be done at
any time, cost-efficiently and as desired. In the future, fragmented data storage, numerous software solutions and duplicated processes will be a thing of the past.
