KAS Project Manager is a template designed to help you set up your project management solution. It comes with essential features to monitor both internal and client projects and includes the ability to record timesheets to monitor budgets. The app is built in English.

This app is designed to help your organisation to standardise and manage your projects (internal and external) in a repeatable manner. You create templates for your projects and can contain multiple steps, called Activities. Typical Projects you could use this for might include:
- Staff onboarding
- Client Project Management
- Client onboarding
- Manage Media Campaigns
Having created a Project Type, you can then set up new Live Projects and these can then create all the steps required for the process and assign them automatically wherever possible (you can change assignments as well). You can also add additional Activities to a Live Process at any time.
Finally, you can set budgets for projects and monitor progress against these by recording timesheets for staff involved in the project.
