PurpleSquareHire Ltd, a UK-based vehicle hire company, was looking for a smarter way to manage motor claims and their growing fleet. Off-the-shelf systems didn’t offerthe flexibility they needed—so they turned to Arctec Data and Ninox to build atailored Claims Management System that worked their way.

Like many companies dealing with vehicle renting and fleet management, PurpleSquare faced common hurdles, especially when it comes to  managing claims and finding a system that worked for them: Claims systems were rigid, with little room to reflect the real businesses workflows, the costs for setup and scaling were high. Also the integration with daily tools like Outlook, Google Drive, or Xero was not easy and often missing. A customised platform that could do more with less effort was needed. This is where working with Arctec and building in Ninox came in.
