Paula Pflege is an established company in the field of 24-hour care based in Hanover. True to the motto “Living at home with care”, the company supports families in the Hanover region in caring for their relatives. Paula Pflege creates for everyone individual care needs the appropriate care plan, provides nursing assistants and offers holistic services and support services that go beyond traditional care. This includes support with care aids, therapeutic measures and care level management. The company has a wide cooperation network with over 20 agencies in Eastern European countries to provide the right personnel.

Challenge

The many stand-alone solutions and manual, paper-based processes were prone to errors and led to considerable expenditure of time and organizational difficulties. Customer lists were kept in Excel, patient records had to be maintained manually and documents had to be printed out several times a day. Managing Director Eleonora Nozon therefore decided automating processes push ahead and introduce a digital solution to address the weak points and further optimize the quality of services.

In the past, we had to print out a lot of documents in order to have addresses and contacts available for assignments. That is no longer necessary. Thanks to Ninox, we have all data available on the go and can access patient records and personal data at any time.

“We took on the challenge of developing our own system based on Ninox because we didn't find anything comparable on the market,” explains Felix Peters, the former project manager at Paula Pflege and current owner of Ninox Partner Netaveo. While looking for a suitable software solution, he came across the low-code platform Ninox.
